Snake Ceramic Incense Stick Holder
The Snake Ceramic Incense Stick Holder is a handmade Peruvian holder designed specifically for standard bamboo-core incense sticks. In the structural cosmology of the Andean Trilogy, the snake represents Uku Pacha—the inner world, our deep roots, and ancestral wisdom. This sleek, low-profile design honors that grounding energy while providing a precise angle for a slow, even burn.
Its slim ceramic channel securely holds bamboo sticks (including sandalwood, jasmine, vanilla, lavender, myrrh, frankincense, and palo santo blends), ensuring that falling ash is caught cleanly on a single, heat-resistant surface.
Cast from premium white liquid clay (barbotina blanca) and fired in a gas kiln at exactly 1000°C (1832°F), this piece offers exceptional thermal durability. It is individually cold-painted by local artisans and sealed with a water-based gloss, merging structural integrity with authentic Peruvian heritage.
